WPBot FAQ setup steps

WordPress Dashboard

• Click on Plugins
• Click on Add Plugins
• In the search installed plugins field, type “chatbot”
• Click on the AI ChatBot – WPBot
• Click Install
• Click Activate
• BPBot (WordPress Chatbot by QuantumCloud)
• Click on Settings

Change Language

• Click on Change Language (select your preferred language)
• Enter your company name of website
• Enter Agent Name
• Remove the %%username%% placeholders
• Save Settings

Icons & Themes

• Select your Icon
• Select your Agent Image
• Select your template
• Save settings

Note: You can also upload your images

Start Menu

• Drag FAQ to the Active Menu
• Save settings

FAQ Builder

1. FAQ query:
   1. Copy (Ctrl C) and Paste (Ctrl V) your question
2. FAQ answer:
   1. Copy (Ctrl C) and Paste (Ctrl V) your answer
3. Repeat the above for every question and answer
4. Save settings

TESTING

1. Hover your cursor over your domain at the top right
2. RIGHT Click on “visit your site” to open it in a different window
3. Test your Chatbot and adjust the questions as needed
