The Founder

I’m a bilingual Project Manager with over a decade leading cross-industry initiatives — fintech, healthcare, banking, and global operations, from corporate training in China’s BPO sector to digital transformation at one of Canada’s major banks. BeazAtWork started as a Python project. It became a platform because the problem kept showing up: candidates spending hours on postings that were vague, misleading, or outright non-compliant with Ontario’s own employment standards.

Why Job Analyzer Exists

As of January 1, 2026, the Employment Standards Act (ESA) requires every employer with 25 or more employees hiring in Ontario to disclose compensation ranges, declare AI use in hiring, confirm that a vacancy genuinely exists, and notify all interviewed candidates of hiring decisions within 45 days. Employers are also prohibited from requiring Canadian experience as a condition of applying or being considered for a role.
