BeazAtWork (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a sole proprietorship operating at beazatwork.com, based in Ontario, Canada. We operate the Job Analyzer platform, an ESA 2026 compliance tool for employers and job seekers.

While BeazAtWork is based in Ontario, our platform serves employers and job seekers across Canada and internationally. Any employer hiring in Ontario — regardless of where they are headquartered — is subject to Ontario’s ESA 2026 job posting requirements.

• Authentication data (via Clerk)
• Payment information (via Stripe — we do not store card details)
• Job posting text you submit for analysis

4. Email Newsletter (CASL)

We operate an optional email newsletter called The Compliance Brief — free weekly Ontario ESA updates, compliance tips, and employer alerts.

We comply with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). We will only add you to our mailing list if you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw consent and unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any email we send.

We will never share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.
