1. Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with BeazAtWork. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help.
2. One-Time Purchases
One-time purchases (Quick Report, JD Template) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the report or template has not been accessed or downloaded.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund based on unused days remaining in your billing cycle at the time of cancellation. To request a refund, contact us at beazatwork.com/contact before your next renewal date.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days of a one-time purchase where the report has been accessed
- Requests made after a subscription has already renewed
- Accounts suspended for violation of our Terms of Service
5. How to Request a Refund
Submit your refund request via our contact form at beazatwork.com/contact. Please include your account email and the reason for your request. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
6. Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
