BeazAtWork: Job Analyzer

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BeazAtWork and the Job Analyzer platform at beazatwork.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What BeazAtWork Provides

BeazAtWork operates the Job Analyzer, an ESA 2026 compliance tool that helps employers create compliant job postings and helps candidates verify them. The Job Analyzer is an informational tool only. It does not constitute legal advice.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. BeazAtWork uses Clerk for authentication. You agree not to share your account or use another person’s account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Pro-rated refunds are available upon request via beazatwork.com/contact.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or malicious content through the platform
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform
  • Use the platform to facilitate fraud or non-compliance

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and code on beazatwork.com is the property of BeazAtWork. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

The Job Analyzer provides compliance scoring based on Ontario’s ESA 2026 requirements. Results are informational only and do not guarantee legal compliance. BeazAtWork is not liable for any penalties, losses, or damages arising from use of the platform.

8. International Users

Any employer hiring in Ontario — regardless of where they are headquartered — is subject to Ontario’s ESA 2026 job posting requirements. By using this platform, you acknowledge that Ontario law governs job posting compliance obligations.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved under Ontario jurisdiction.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
