BeazAtWork Job Analyzer Soft Launch: A Milestone
There is a moment in every product build where it stops being a project and becomes a real thing. For BeazAtWork Job Analyzer, that moment was February 2026.
“Not a big announcement. Not a press release. A quiet launch with a live product, a working payment flow, and real users checking real job postings for the first time.”
That was enough.
What soft launch actually means
A soft launch is not a celebration. It is a test. Is the product stable? Does the payment flow work? Can a real user paste a job posting, get a score, and understand what it means without any explanation from the founder?
The answer, after weeks of testing and debugging, was yes.
BeazAtWork Job Analyzer was live. Free score available instantly. No account required to view results. Paid plans unlocking full reports, detailed recommendations, and compliance templates for employers.
What the product does
BeazAtWork Job Analyzer checks any publicly advertised Ontario job posting against the five requirements introduced by Bill 149, Working for Workers Four Act, 2024, which came into force January 1, 2026.
For job seekers, the analyzer identifies whether a posting meets legal standards before they invest time in an application. For employers, it catches compliance gaps before the posting goes live.
Every company hiring in Ontario with 25 or more employees must comply. Canadian, US, or global.
- Compensation range — max $50,000 spread (exempt above $200k/yr)
- AI screening disclosure if applicable
- Vacancy confirmation — real opening must be stated
- No Canadian experience requirements
- Candidate notification within 45 days of final interview
Non-compliance has real consequences. Individuals convicted under the ESA can be fined up to $100,000, imprisoned up to 12 months, or both. Corporations face fines up to $100,000 for a first conviction, $250,000 for a second, and $500,000 for a third or subsequent conviction.
What it took to get here
Four months. One founder. Python learned from scratch. A full SaaS stack built with FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Clerk, Stripe, Railway, and WordPress. AI tools including Claude, ChatGPT, and Copilot used throughout.
Hundreds of error messages. Dozens of debugging sessions. One product that works.
What comes next
The soft launch was the beginning, not the finish line. More employers need to know these rules exist. More job seekers need to know they have legal rights and a way to check them. More content, more reach, more tools coming.
